Relaxing place to stay while in Stourport-on-Severn. We enjoyed our stay; the facilities and staff were superb. The property was set in a comfortable area. The hotel had a bar in the reception.
The decor was classic, stuff was flexible, and the place was very clean. There was lots of options for breakfast, including tea, coffee, croissants, fruit and yoghourt, I loved it. The staff was willing to help all the time.
We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was gorgeous and impeccably clean. The food was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and big size. Busy bar on site. Friendly services too!
Good choice for exploring Stourport-on-Severn. Enjoyable 4-star experience. The hotel was in a beautiful area. Pool looked excellent too.
Our room was good sized, beds great and a NICE location.
Overall value for money, recommend it. Buffet breakfast was nice, staff was loyal. Very clean unit...
There was nothing I didn't like.
The attitude of staff was very helpful the spa was really good and the overall package was great value for mony
On a very cold weekend it was really warm inside. The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom needed a bit of a re-vamp
good loucation country manor feel big bedroom
Staff were all very friendly, particularly the reception area.
Breakfast was overly expensive for a buffet and was pretty limited in choice. No fresh fruit and limited cereal options. We were put in a room that seemed to be over the function room. As weddings were going on, which we weren't part of, this was not good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked fresh and clean as though it had been recently refurbished.
Although I am 67 myself the hotel accepts coach parties of what appeared to be elderly people who were selfish and impatient; they didn't seem to respect other peoples space. I appreciate you need the business but it does seem to cheapen the experience.
Extremely large, bright and airy rooms. We booked 7 rooms and each room was clean, good quality furniture and a comfy bed. We would definately book again when we are in the area.
Hotel was clean, staff friendly and efficient, set in beautiful surroundings. We were there for a friend's wedding which was a very enjoyable experience, thank you.
Bar drinks were very expensive.
Staff and room were excellent
Breakfast was dried up as if it had been there for a while, bar meal also wasn't good,so we ate out for the rest of our stay.No information offered on swimming pool etc on booking in
It was beautiful relaxing atmosphere.
It doesnt cater for vegetarians. Not a single main meal was on the meanu with out some kind of meat or fish. And the bath room was dated and shabby
